Sports Massage: Sports Massage can be provided either pre or post event, either on-site or in-office. Sports massage is designed for the athlete who is looking for that extra edge, or who is trying to get over that next plateau. Sports massage can help increase your flexibility and range of motion. It can also help you increase your speed and boost your performance.  Recovery time is greatly reduced from an injury with sports massage. Helping you get back in the game!

Deep tissue Massage: Deep tissue Massage is the best way to recover from tired, overworked, or injured muscles. Brian uses a variety of different types of massage to give you maximum relief including cross fiber friction, trigger point therapy, MFR and a few more.  He can use light or deep pressure to keep the massage within your pain tolerances.

Swedish Massage: Swedish massage is a relaxing massage that uses long gliding stokes to sooth and relax muscles. Swedish is the best modality for the person who is looking for a lighter more gentle massage. People with Fibromyalgia get great relief with this massage.

Myofascial Release (MFR): MFR works on the inner layer of connective tissue (fascia) instead of muscle. MFR is great for releasing any tension patterns in the body. This is also used in medical massage.

Pre-natal Massage: Pre-natal Massage uses a body cushion system that allows a woman to be able to lay flat on her stomach while being fully supported. While on her back the support system will keep her in a correct and comfortable position. Brian can help relieve the tension that comes from the many changes the body goes through during pregnancy. Prenatal massage also helps prepare the muscles for the upcoming birthing process.

Hot Stone Massage: Hot stone massage is used to increase circulation in the body and to increase an overall sense of well being. In this massage Brian uses heated basalt stones to massage the body. This melts the stress and tension away. If you are looking for the best relaxation massage this is the one for you.

Medical Massage (M.V.A’s or workman’s comp): Medical massage starts off by acquiring a prescription from a doctor. This is a specifically designed massage to help rehabilitate the body after an accident. There are extra precautions taken to work around the injured area. Insurance is usually billed with this massage.

Couples Massage: Couples massage requires Brian and a colleague to perform a uniform massage with two tables side by side. This massage is great for special occasions like anniversaries or Valentine’s Day. This is also a great idea for date night. Couples massage can include either Swedish or deep tissue massage.

Chair Massage (Corporate Massage): Chair massage is perfect for that person who doesn’t have time for a full massage, or might be uncomfortable taking their clothes off. This massage is done in a specially designed chair. You remain completely clothed and there is no lotion or oil used. Sessions usually last 10 to 20 minutes and can be done either in office or on site (see on-site massage).
